个人简介

      2010年于华东理工大学高分子材料与工程专业获工学学士学位,2015年于华东理工大学材料科学与工程专业获工学博士学位,毕业后留校从事科研与教学工作。历任校团委书记、数学学院院长、校党委办公室主任。先后获(入选)国家高层次人才特殊支持计划、中国科协青年人才托举工程、上海市曙光学者、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市“晨光计划”、上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划等。

主要学术成果

   面向解决能源、环境问题的国家重大战略需求,以太阳能转换为背景,致力于新型清洁能源领域关键功能材料及其器件的理论设计、可控制备和应用基础研究。建立一套理论设计及精准筛选太阳能电池关键功能材料的通用方法,突破传统材料合成的瓶颈,开发出一系列高性能、稳定的界面传输材料;提出光伏器件表面分子功能化新方法,突破了光伏器件效率及稳定性协同提升的关键核心技术。

   迄今,以第一/通讯作者身份在Nature Commun.3篇)Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Adv. Mater.Energy Environ. Sci.Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.Nano Energy等国际知名学术期刊上发表论文50余篇。其中10篇入选ESI高被引论文,9篇被推荐为封面文章并受到爱因斯坦科学奖获得者、德国科学院院士M. Grätzel教授,钙钛矿太阳电池发明者T. Miyasaka教授等顶尖科学家的关注及认可,相关研究成果被新华社、人民日报、光明日报、央广网、中国新闻网等300余家媒体关注报道。申请国家发明专利16项,相关技术为钙钛矿太阳电池的商业化发展提供重要途径及应用基础。
